Amy Pender received her bachelor of arts degree with a concentration in graphic design from the University of Louisville. She worked as a graphic designer for ten years before discovering hot glass. She has studied at University of Louisville’s sculpture/glass program, Pilchuck Glass School, the Penland School of Craft and at Pittsburgh Glass Center.
